The Ancient City Game Fish Association (ACGFA) was organized in 1958. We currently have approximately 130+ members. Our membership year is from June 1st to May 30th. Our Mission is to promote the sport of fishing in the St. Augustine area and do whatever is in our power to improve and promote recreational fishing in our area.

We have annual and monthly fishing awards for Boats-of-the-Year (inshore and offshore) and Anglers-of-the-Year (Men, Women, Junior (age 8 to 16) and Small-fry (7 and under). In addition, there are members only fishing tournaments each month as well as two fish fry/cook-out events, a Christmas Party for the family, and the End of
